Experience a catalyst for change

Couple's Embodied Intimacy Session

Why this therapy?

Does this sound familiar?

➔You spend lots of time with your partner, but yet you feel disconnected.
➔ You’re in the same space, but it feels like you are worlds apart.
➔ It’s not that things are bad, maybe just ‘blah’.
➔ Sex and discussion of your sexuality feels vulnerable and sex lately has not been a priority or perhaps been satisfying.
➔ You know you need to make time for intimacy, but where to start?
➔ The same distracted screen time before bed. The same excuses to avoid intimacy. You’re going through the motions, but you’re just not connecting the way you used to.

This reality does not have to be.  Together explore connection, communication, and intimacy through your body, breath, and conscious dialogue. Begin practices that start to re-establish weakened bonds, strengthen disconnect and increase pleasure.

“What will happen in a session?”

>Relax your bodies into a state that is calm and explore physical closeness.
>Practice letting a stretch feel good, and into the pleasure of your partner’s touch.
>Practicing touch and pleasure with yoga.
>Discuss personal desire and desire for your relationship.
> Talk about touch, sensation, sex, and intimacy.
>Recieve homework and accountability so you both can be in fufillment.

Oh, and did I forget to mention?

Getting out of your head and connecting to your partner, and better orgasms!

Testimony:

“We entered into these sessions to strengthen our relationship with one another and with ourselves, and we went into one holding a handful of conflict, as well. In each session, what rose through our felt sense was magical, as it aligned with the story of our relationship. Being present in this felt sense and the emotions surrounding them felt like it brought a deeper sense of calm and some resolution, as well. It gave us so much to talk about after we left the sessions, too.”

Your First session can last 120–160 minutes, with 90-120 minutes sessions thereafter. Initial Session $250 and $200 THEREAFTER.

Intimacy Session

- Raechel Morrow

“It was definitely an uncomfortable place to enter into––letting someone else witness the relationship I’m in and in context to intimacy and sexuality.  However, Raechel navigates it adeptly, with just the right amount of everything: questions, reflecting, nothing/holding. Your reflections take what was said and mirrors it back, allowing me to hear clearly and absorb the insight. When our eyes are closed and/or we’re physically close, I never felt weird, like I was being watched, and I noticed I’m never tracking what you might be doing…for me, like myself, and more likely as a practitioner, it’s hard for me to not track you. To me, this means Raechel is energetically aligned, self-contained, and tuned in a way that allows me to rest in the container and be present with my own work.”
